A federal appeals court on Monday ruled that the Pentagon illegally banned transgender troops.
In a 2-1 ruling, the DC Circuit Court Appeals sided with crazed Biden judge Ana Reyes and said the Trump Administration’s transgender troop policy violated the Constitution.
The Associated Press reported:
A Trump administration policy illegally banned transgender troops from military service, a divided panel of federal appeal court judges ruled on Monday.
The majority opinion by a three-judge panel from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia circuit largely upholds a March 2025 ruling by U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes in Washington, D.C. Reyes concluded that President Donald Trump’s executive order to exclude transgender troops from military service likely violates their constitutional rights.

This ruling will be overturned. If people who need seizure meds, diabetes meds and any other continuing medical care are restricted from service because they are not able to deploy as needed by National priorities, the same is true for the gender benders.

How is it one President can change the rules to - denying facts and history - allow “trans” persons in the military, and THAT’S “Constitutional” but a subsequent President cannot reverse that order because reversing the order is “unconstitutional”???? Makes no sense.
We need Presidents to tell the courts - YOU do not get to make policy, and if any voters don’t like a policy their remedy is democracy and elections, not the courts.
And they harm troop morale, retention, and recruitment of normies.

I thought so too. These judges are just throwing mud against the wall because theere is no downside for their activism. They are not censured or removed from the bench.
