With all due respect to the judge, no one needs his commentary on things like this. No one needs his opinion on whether Sikhs are worried about their safety. No one needs his opinion about whether this stabbing dishonors the Sikh religion. Just sentence the scumbag and move on.

And more than just that. They exhibited a depraved indifference to human life by automatically handcuffing Nowak while ignoring his injuries. That’s a criminal act. Arrest them all.
I’ve read elsewhere that the cop who actually handcuffed Nowak laughed as she did it.
