Why not offer all of the IRGC Leadership a one ay trip to a country of their choosing along with a negotiated Bank Account waiting for them when they get to that country? Any one of the leadership who declines the offer would have a bounty put on his head and be subject to being hunted and killed. This to me would be a great use of any funds to rebuild Iran.

I find this doubtful, unless these 300 billion dollars are the value of the sanctions that are said to be lifted as part of the MOU. Not sure the Israeli news source is fully to be trusted there.
