WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Trump administration announced the restoration and reopening of Columbus Circle, the park located outside Union Station, on Thursday.
The restoration of Columbus Circle included cleaning up the monument, fixing the grass and turning the fountain back on. The fountain had previously been off since 2007. Interior Secretary Doug Burgum and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy attended the ribbon cutting for the project spearheaded by Trump’s task force. The task force is focused on making D.C. safe and beautiful again.

Now restore the monuments along Monument Ave. in Richmond VA:
“All five Confederate statues (honoring Robert E. Lee, J.E.B. Stuart, Stonewall Jackson, Jefferson Davis, and Matthew Fontaine Maury) have been completely removed, with the last remaining Confederate monument taken down in September 2021.”
Haha. I lived in two places with fountains and kids would sneak in at night and dump a bottle of soda in them. One was the Water Clock in Hornsby NSW Australia. The other was the putrid fake waterfall in Wichita Falls. It got so bad there they would turn off “the falls” at night.
Perfect contrast of what the liberal democrat commies like, and what conservatives like.
