Spencer Pratt Surge Is Much Bigger Than Latest LA Mayor Poll Shows, Experts Say
New York Post ^ | May 28, 2026 | Jamie Paige

A new Los Angeles mayoral poll claiming there’s a dead heat between Mayor Karen Bass, Spencer Pratt and Nithya Raman is getting torched by longtime political insiders.

The UC Berkeley and Los Angeles Times poll released Thursday showed Bass leading with 26% support among likely voters, with Raman close behind at 25% and Pratt surging to 22%. But several veteran Los Angeles political strategists told The California Post the poll misses large portions of the electorate and dramatically understates Pratt’s growing support.

Among them is veteran strategist Rick Taylor, who has spent roughly 50 years inside Los Angeles politics and is not affiliated with any mayoral campaign. According to Taylor, internal political chatter and campaign tracking are showing Bass closer to 32%, Pratt at 30% and Raman lagging at 18%.

Pratt has the momentum, can he keep it up?

I’ll be very surprised if he does win because I think California elections are about as legit as Irans.

The fact Bass is close or even ahead tells what a legion of clueless morons the LA voters are.

I can imagine a day when CNN or MS NOW or some network show like ‘The View’ ponders why none of their promoted policies’candidates are getting traction above the loony 25%, and are stunned into silence when a guest says without irony, “Because most of the country hates you. For what you say but even more because of what you’ve done or supported.”

Just saw Spencer on Gutfeld.

The man is more than passionate about recovering LA; and, he's not afraid to call Bass not just a liar, but a horrible liar.

He spoke about poop everywhere, naked men pleasuring themselves in front of kids, and that his biggest support group is moms wanting to push strollers on clean, poop and needle-free sidewalks in front of their own homes.

Apparently, much of Hollywood supports Spencer Pratt, however they are afraid to come out and say so.

Pratt also gave a clear history of the beginning of the Palisades fire, and how Ms. Bass neglected FD needs for more personnel and equipment, left two major fire-fighting water impoundments empty, and did nothing for 4 days, when the fire was smoldering and the wind was not yet a factor.

I would love to see Pratt take this.

But as much as it does make me warm and fuzzy to see him and what he is doing, I don’t think LA has gone far enough down the toilet yet to genuinely want to turn things around.

That's where you're wrong. It isn't that they're stupid. It's that there are so many NGO grifters in California who are all getting rich off of the dysfunction.

They don't want to solve the homelessness problem, or any of the other largely man-made social maladies that pollute California. They're getting paid to ensure these problems continue unabated.

And if someone like Pratt or Hilton gets elected, the money spigot gets turned off.

And these grifters are very numerous, connected, and they will all mobilize to vote.

It’s not just that it’s also that unfortunately plenty of people here in LA enjoyed watching the palisades burn to the ground they saw a almost entire rich white neighborhood burn to the ground and enjoyed watching rich people get what is coming to them that is why bass and newscum picked the palisades to burn down it was the perfect spot..nice city beautiful homes low crime and bass and newscum figured perfect place to burn down for their low income housing land grab scam

We saw the show last night.

I thought it was interesting that he wouldn’t chime in on the Jill Biden segment. I chalked it up to him not wanting to put off any potential RAT voters who are considering voting for him, but are wavering.

I hope and pray that Raman doesn’t drop out. Her existence on the ballot splits the RAT vote. She needs to stay.

I stated it before. The modern Dem party would collapse without the NGO grift.

Momentum doesn’t matter when RAT vote fraud is factored in.

Deep State had to steal LA’s last mayoral from the guy who ended up saving his property from the wildfires.

It took days to do it.

I think this time the numbers will be too big to rig.
