A federal judge on Thursday cleared the way for President Donald Trump to implement his executive order tightening mail-in voting, slapping down Democrats’ arguments for now that federal efforts to police voter rolls with citizenship checks was illegal.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointed jurist, ruled that Democrats failed to show they have standing at present to challenge the order or have suffered any harm that would warrant a preliminary injunction.
"Given that the Executive Order does not command Plaintiffs to do anything, and that no agency has yet acted pursuant to the Order in a way that could harm Plaintiffs, they have not suffered any harm at present," the judge wrote.

Nichols rejected several of the Democrats' arguments that Trump’s executive order could disenfranchise millions of voters, including that creating state-by-state citizenship lists to check voter rolls would somehow be harmful, even if they were inaccurate.
“It remains speculative whether the State Citizenship Lists, if and when they are initially compiled, will contain inaccuracies,” he wrote. “Even if they contain initial inaccuracies, the Executive Order requires the adoption of procedures that will allow individuals to access and, if necessary, update or correct their information in the Lists.”

This is what they are afraid of. Between court rulings and the fact that more Americans are keeping their eyes on any shenanigans at the polls, it is definitely getting harder for the left to cheat.

Pretty sure those who lie, cheat, steal and break laws, don’t stop lying, cheating, stealing or breaking laws, just because there is a new law that says they’re not supposed too . . .
When they kept harping on “our democracy” we all knew they meant the corrupt, rigged form they used to the max in 2020.
Too often we have judicial decisions made and/or laws broken that are simply ignored or interpreted to allow circumvention of said decision or law.
Remember when Eric Holder was clearly in contempt of Congress when he refused to provide requested documents related to Operation Fast and Furious? What happened with the charge? Justice Department's inspector general ultimately refused to prosecute him.
Our judicial system does not hold certain people accountable and makes no example of certain people who break the law. Too many elites go free where you and I would be sitting in prison for the same crime. The mindset of many elites is, "laws are for the little people".
Accountability and punishment with no respect to persons is what's lacking in our judicial system.

Actually, my first deer rifle was ordered from Sears through the mail, directly to our door, and was paid for with a personal check sent to them via the same mail. Crime rates were lower, then, too.
I just have this feeling, not with proof, that the courts, especially the USSC, understand now how much of a threat the Democrat Party is to this nation. The courts are subtly fighting the enemy within the gates.
Slapping down DIMs is the only correct thing in almost every situation.

The democrat machine is not going to pay any attention to this Trump EO even if the court has affirmed it. You have to first catch them and then prosecute them and good luck with that.
Cheating (and in today’s America, TDS) is the only way Democrats/Communists/Jihadists can win, especially in a national election. Their failed — and often inhumane — policies just won’t do it.
