Colorado's Dem Governor Polis commutes ex-election clerk Tina Peters' sentence after Trump pressure
Peters issued a statement through her attorney thanking Polis and apologizing.
“Five years ago I misled the Secretary of State when allowing a person to gain access to county voting equipment. That was wrong,” Peters said. “I have learned and grown during my time in prison and going forward I will make sure that my actions always follow the law, and I will avoid the mistakes of the past.”

Her prosecution seems quite similar to the prosecution of Chinese dissidents. Colorado and other Blue states have become authoritarian.

Jena Griswold and Michael Bennett who is running for governor should realize that Eric Coomer admitted in court that the Serbian Dominion server is able to access the stateside election systems. Supposedly just for “maintenance” and trouble-shooting.
Thanks to Tina Peters saving the database before the planned “routine maintenance” in which database logs required to show the integrity of the database were destroyed, we now know that “routine maintenance” means getting rid of any evidence that might show precisely what the Venezuelan whistleblowers claimed: a brand-new fabricated “elections results” database inserted into the Colorado elections system, using the Huawei servers that John Brennan’s company installed in Serbia on behalf of the communist-Islamist coup consisting of Venezuela, Cuba, China, Russia, Iran, and Serbia.
That server was installed in 2012 and was used to steal 2012 for Obama and 2020 for Biden. 2016 was too much of a landslide for Trump to work for this kind of theft. They tried stealing 2024 but the US military blocked access for the Serbian server the day before the election, the day of, and the day after so it could not be stolen for Kamala as planned. (However, it could still work for legislative races in which the “counting” dragged on far beyond those dates.)
Literal treason charges should be made, and Jena Griswold, the judge, and the Dominion peeps, at the very least, should be tried as accomplices for ignoring the actual crimes done by Dominion workers doing “routine maintenance” and making up fake, unsubstantiated motives for Tina Peters rather than allowing her to show that she had non-criminal motives. The laws used to prosecute her required criminal intent.
Michael Bennett may or may not know all this, but he should be warned that his stance on all of this illegal activity by Griswold, the judge, and Dominion would justify an investigation of him as another potential accomplice.
