Anyhow, good news that she will be freed.
Apparently it was this or her being re-sentenced because the trial judge was seen to have punished her for her protected speech. She’s served 600 days. She can go away now.
“Election Denier”. Ugh. Please define Election Denier.
It was reported earlier this year on FR that her sentence had been thrown out by Colorado Court of Appeals, but sometimes the wheels of justice works very slowly...

Oh, sorry! I wasn’t blaming you. I was addressing the language/term used by whomever wrote it and called Tina an Election Denier which is a term they made up I’m sure.
