A conservative law firm is suing state officials in federal court challenging Wisconsin’s ban on conversion therapy, arguing it amounts to unconstitutional “viewpoint discrimination.”
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, or WILL, announced the litigation Wednesday, saying it filed suit on behalf of licensed counselors Terri Koschnick and Joy Buchman, who both provide Christian faith-based counseling services.
Gov. Tony Evers, Department of Safety and Professional Services Secretary Dan Hereth and members of the Wisconsin Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board are named as defendants in the suit.

Colorado has already, swiftly, passed another law trying to skirt the Supreme Court decision. They are now enhancing the ability to sue for claimed “damages” from this type of counseling and removing all statutes of limitations.
In other words, they are inviting lying faggots to come forward, with no evidence other than their word and hurt feelings, to inundate counselors from 20 years ago with lawsuits to shut them down and bankrupt them.
They contradict themselves. This in their logic should be considered someone being “trans sexual orientation”, right? I mean, to be consistent. Therefore, they should believe it is possible a straight person can be born in a gay person’s body and need to “transition”...
(from our perspective of reality, it is a different issue, yes, but I’m just saying from their supposed ‘logic’ of these kinds of issues, they should support someone ‘transitioning’)
