Mike Pence anointed himself to stand athwart the populist Right with a whistle in his mouth, screaming for conservatives to “get out of the pool.”
The imagery fits him perfectly.
Pence increasingly resembles that obnoxious childhood lifeguard we all remember—the self-important scold, high on perceived power, perched way above everyone else. As such, Pence is convinced that enforcing his rules matters more than understanding why people jumped into the water in the first place.

I never really thought of this until I read this article, and I am not sure why.
It sounds odd to say it, but it occurred to me that the Democrat’s unbridled push to flood this country with illegal immigrants during the Biden Administration may have been a good thing.
And the ironic thing it, their mouthpiece, the Mainstream Media, may have assisted them in shooting themselves in their collective feet.
They had a plan to destabilize this country with huge swaths of illegals that would be dependent on government assistance and reliably vote Democrat.
But the mass influx of illegals coming over the border all at once, thousands of them clamoring to get in, day after day, month after month, and year after year during the Biden Administration, had a self-defeating purpose.
When we turned on the news at night (or those of us who still watch the news, and I am not one of them) we saw these huge swarms of people, thousands at a time with no food, water, or shelter, swarming across our border.
Somalis. Afghans. Iranians. Chinese. Syrians. Mexicans. Hondurans. Iraqis. Colombians. Cubans. You name it, if there were people on Earth who were openly hostile to the principles this country was founded on, they were trying to take advantage of it trying to enter at these border crowds.
And a great number of them were young, military-age men.
The Left (and those particularly reprehensible scumbags like Pence, on the ostensible “Right”) was desperate to paint this as a humanitarian crisis, we had to help these poor souls get into this country so they didn’t have to stand out in the rain and heat on the sides of the roadways. Once in the country, they were being sent to every corner of this country, and in some cases, disproportionally sent to areas that were more Republican where they took over entire hotels, paid for by by the very people who this mass immigration was meant to eventually disenfranchise in elections.
And to help paint this as a “humanitarian crisis”, a willing, cooperative, and collaborative media put this on the evening news every night for years.
And what happened was: Americans saw this huge mass of people, containing people who were clearly hostile to our values (not even hiding it) and were woken up.
That is the irony. If the Left had not painted this as a humanitarian crisis and encouraged the Media to cover it that way, everyday Americans might never have woken up until they saw all these people being housed at hotels in and around their communities. If they had simply allowed and encouraged this to take place out of the light and more invisible to the public eye, in the end, this might have been a fait accompli.
But they willingly showed their hand to the American people, who noticed. And in the end, this provided a huge base of deserved support for a President Donald J. Trump who mightily turned that spigot flooding this country off in a matter of weeks. And he did this in the face of a Democrat Party (with the help of traitors like Michael Pence) who insisted that nothing could be done, and that to relieve the human suffering, we just HAD to let these people enter our country.
Remarkable. Just remarkable. So, in a strange way, we have to extend our thanks to the likes of Pence, the Democrat Party, and the Leftist Media that were enabling this bizarre, fully exposed, invasion of this country.
And we can, at the same time, enjoy seeing Pence banished to an obscure prison of his own making.

What you say is true. Some branded it “Thirdworldism”. Few elected officials will call it an “invasion”. But that’s what it is considering the vast numbers of military aged males from countries that do not share our values and common goals. (Judeo-Christian, achieve a more perfect union). The one that pillage and loot are not welcome.
The problem as I see it is the Red/Green Alliance AND Thirdworldism. Everything all at once. We’ve never been bombarded like this.
Pence has not defended Western Civilization against such forces. There is no “CoExist” under the conditions

Trump has got to get Iran under control & get gas prices down. I'm still not sold on the "reason" for going to Iran after what we saw under W. The next two elections will be about Cost of Living & right now President MAGA-No Stupid Wars-America First Trump is failing miserably and threatens to undermine ALL the progress we've made.
Democrats will be relentless. GOPe will continue to be stupid & think this is forty years ago.

However what that treasonous Mike Pence became, a poster child, a cautionary tale for those imbedded agents like the John McCain/Thomas Massie ilk always serving the deep state when they need to phone a friend, right up until the NWO no longer has any use for them.
They can repent of their evil but it’s not something that can ever be unseen or undone.
In the end, no one respects a traitor, no one trusts them and nobody wants them.
