Fujisawa, Kanagawa Pref. – A mosque construction project in Fujisawa, a city of 440,000 about an hour south of Tokyo, has become a focal point for debate over how Japanese communities are adapting to a growing Muslim population.
Sri Lankan businessman Mohamed Khaleel, 54, says the idea of building a mosque in his adopted hometown emerged over a decade ago among the local Muslim community. The closest big mosque to the city center, Ebina Masjid, is 20 kilometers away and has been struggling to serve the increasing Muslim population in the area. . . .

Fujisawa is about two miles from the big Buddha in Kamakura (technically Hase), meaning it’s right in the middle of where the “other” collection of Buddhist temples, besides Kyoto, has been in Japan for about the last 800 years.
It’s the Japanese equivalent of the Muslims trying to infest Dallas/Ft Worth, right in the metropolitan middle of the Bible Belt. DFW has been stupid to let it happen here; greater Kamakura will be stupid to let it happen there.
The Japanese would be wise to follow the Singapore practice of STRICTLY limiting the population of Muslins allowed to exist in their country. Actually ALL NATIONS would be wise to follow that lead.
No wonder Singapore has the highest number of rich people based on population size. They have many common sense laws in Singapore. Such as no food stamps to able bodied adults under retirement age.
Japanese journalists might as well start getting use to the politically correct formulations!
Can't wait to see all the new t.v. commercials showing "typical" Japanese families, with a swarthy Muslim father, Japanese mother, and half-caste kiddies!
Of course, there will still be plenty of opportunities for Japanese males to be cast - in subordinate roles, of course (background characters, clueless coworkers, brainless bigots, etc.). Think "Gilette" in Japanese!
Regards,
muslims should not exit anywhere on Earth and steps should be taken immediately to ensure that.
Islam is an invasive cancer. They do well to make them feel unwanted.
