ATLANTA (AP) — The federal government can keep the 2020 election ballots from Georgia’s Fulton County that were seized by the FBI from a warehouse near Atlanta, a judge ruled Wednesday.
U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee’s decision came after lawyers for the county had argued that the ballots and other election materials, as well as any electronic copies the Justice Department has made, should be returned because the seizure was improper and unconstitutional.
The Jan. 28 seizure by the FBI targeted the elections hub in Georgia’s most populous county, which is heavily Democratic and includes most of the city of Atlanta. Fulton County has been at the center of unfounded claims by President Donald Trump and his allies that widespread election fraud cost him the 2020 election.

Agreed. If it’s learned that she in fact *was* engaging in criminal activity, she should be RUINED.
Seriously, if she’s guilty, her entire life should become a warning for others. She should lose here entire life savings, her home, her vehicles, and so on. And then she should be imprisoned forever. If not hanged for treason.
Nothing is too harsh a penalty for her, if she’s found guilty.

As a long-term Ga election official/ poll worker, I can tell you the “claims” are NOT unfounded, based on what I saw in the videos, and the data discrepancies widely reported.

At this time and date, all ballot examinations and investigations should have been completed (real world).
But then again, the FBI has been known to take years for such investigations.
I believe this judge wanted to rule in favor of Fulton county. But the judge knew it would not go well for him based on law.
I hope Rudy can be cleared with these ballots/investigation.
Rudy has gone through hell, I hope he lives long enough to see vindication with full restitution.
