WASHINGTON (TNND) — The Trump Administration took further action to protect Second Amendment rights on Wednesday.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and Acting Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Director Robert Cekada held a news conference to unveil a "landmark package" of proposed and final gun regulations for the DOJ and ATF.z,pz.
They announced that the vote on the package passed on Wednesday afternoon, releasing 34 notices of final and proposed rulemaking following regulations.
Blanche said the package "reduces unnecessary burdens on lawful gunowners and licensed businesses, it eliminates ambiguity and it helps prevent the kind of confusion that, in the past, and not that distant past, led to inconsistent and sometimes unfair enforcement."
He also emphasized that the new package aligns with Supreme Court precedent to streamline guidelines in a way that is easier for gun owners to understand and follow.
“The Second Amendment is not a second-class right,” said U.S. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “This Department of Justice is ending the weaponization of federal authority against law-abiding gun owners. We will continue to vigorously defend their rights as the Constitution demands.”

Am I the only one that thinks that Blanche has done more in a MONTH than Bondi did in a freakin YEAR.She hardly did any press conferences, made so many stupid mistakes..so far Im actually quite impressed with Blanche, now if he were to put Brennan and Clapper in orange jumpsuits Id be a super happy camper

June 2024, the SCOTUS knocked down the Chevron Deference of federal agencies making law or interpreting law.
The ATFE and the DOJ cannot make up federal regulations (law). Every law the ATFE has made up needs to be set aside by the federal courts. Every ‘rule’ they have ever made interpreting law needs to be set aside by the courts.
The Peter principle states that a person who is competent at their job will earn a promotion to a position that requires different skills. If the promoted person lacks the skills required for the new role, they will be incompetent at the new level, and will not be promoted again.If the person is competent in the new role, they will be promoted again and will continue to be promoted until reaching a level at which they are incompetent. Being incompetent, the individual will not qualify for promotion again, and so will remain stuck at this final placement or Peter's plateau.
Until I can have an unregistered suppressor legally, it’s not enough.
Can we have universal carry in all states, no more in state restrictions about where one can carry. The current restrictions against lawful gun owners are preposterous.
Bondi is, and always will be, a useless clown.
