I agree that Comey is still a wretched, traitorous, snake. However, I think that the court will 86 the complaint.
First draft: “You coppers will never take me alive. They haven’t built the prison cell strong enough to hold James Comey. I’m on top of the world, ma.”

It’s shaky and we need a solid, fortified indictment that will stick. Soon.
Conviction would be great but if it just messes up his life and costs him some money, that’s good too.
