The three leftist hags/tools dissented, of course.
“25-845 ABBOTT, GOV. OF TX, ET AL. V. LULAC, ET AL.
For the reasons set forth in Abbott v. League of United
Latin American Citizens, 607 U. S. ___ (2025), we reverse the District Court’s judgment. Justice Sotomayor, Justice Kagan, and Justice Jackson dissent from the Court’s summary reversal.”
Ms. Nazi Governor 2025 Woke Salad Abby, just got a boot in the ass by America.
Here is Abbott v. League of United Latin American Citizens decided on December 12, 2025, the stay from December. The order is only 3 pages long if you want to read it. Kagan’s dissent is the other 17 pages.

Rat appointments are 100% political weapons. If Ca had done the exact same thing as Texas all 3 would have been fine with it. Their rulings are set before one word of testimony is heard. They spend all of their time finding justification for their “decisions”.
How will this affect Virginia?
Ms. Nazi Governor 2025 Woke Salad Abby, just got a boot in the ass by America.
She could have left well enough alone, but noooooooo. She had to be a wise as* and go for the whole enchilada.
Does that means they’ll also approve Virginia’s plan and Kalifornia’s plan?
Jackson is by far the dumbest person to hold a spot on the bench... Kegan isn’t too far behind... Sotomayor is just an activist, law means nothing to her.
They failed to do so or were unable to do so, leading the majority to conclude the map was based on partisanship and not race.
Kagan is the smartest of the three, but that isn’t saying much.
Texas and Virginia’s redistricting is like comparing apples to oranges. Virginia violated several articles of their state’s Constitution and their own rules with their redistricting process. I think the reversal by the circuit court judge will stand...eventually.

Thanks for your alert and persistent attention and reporting.
SCOTUS ping!
I am sure their Supreme court will rule for the democrats.
“Thanks for your alert and persistent attention and reporting.”
You’re welcome. I wasn’t expecting this from today’s orders, that’s for sure. Order days are usually of little interest.
BTW, we do have an Opinion day coming up Wednesday where we might get the Louisiana voting map case.
How will this affect Virginia?
It actually helps the dems as the Sup Ct said the courts should not be medling in decisons made close to the elections.
They failed to do so or were unable to do so, leading the majority to conclude the map was based on partisanship and not race.
Democrats apply race, and only race, to almost everything. It’s gotten to be very tiring.
