The White House is considering punishing European countries that have failed to assist Donald Trump wage his war in Iran, according to an official within the Pentagon. Keir Starmer, once described as “very nice”, is now routinely said by the US president to be a “coward” and “no Churchill”.
It is claimed that Trump could go further and withdraw American support for Britain’s sovereignty of the Falkland Islands over which the UK and Argentina went to war in 1982. The proposal is said to be contained in an internal Pentagon email.

Does the Falklands have oil or anything useful? If so, might as well grab it now before that Muslima takes over as UK PM.
Since we are still trying to get them NOT to give back Diego Garcia, I don’t think this would be a good idea now.
Regarding the Brits, the writing is on the wall.
Except Starmer wants to give it up.
917 million barrels in the sea lion field.
Much ado about nothing. 4,000 people on less than 5,000 square miles with a lot of penguins. Is it worth anyone’s time?
Give it to them good and hard.
Now that they’re a muslim country, the UK probably doesn’t even want it.
Why not ? Milei would love that. And besides the UK of 2026 is not the UK of 1982 that Thatcher defended. Plus Trump could also stick it to Starmer at the same time.
Actually if you look at the seabed around the Falklands is much shallow seas that may be good for exploration for oil. Thousands of square miles in relative shallow water easily drilled for oil exploration. That is what the war in the past was about. The Islands are worthless except for the fact they are United Kingdom Territory. The resources around them will probably of immense value. We do not know yet.
The 4,000 people who live there think so. They don't want to be Argentinians.
Why should Argentina have the Falklands? They’re 700 miles offshore.
Maybe we should ask the people who live there what their preference would be.
46 million people living in Argentina.
The Brits had trouble sending HMS Dragon to Cyprus.
Wow.... that’d be a real burn! A total diss!
But I _am_ having a hard time seeing how that helps the American middle class.
Simple.
It's Globalists vs Nationalists.
We should side with the Nationalists.
Seems to me not having to join Britain to defend the Falklands from Argentinian aggression would be a win for the US middle class.
If WE don’t take the Falklands, China WILL.
Starmer will still be listening to his mentor Obummer and will do zilch!
Wait for Trump to “consider” returning Gibraltar to Spain.
