• SPLC was founded in 1971 to fight poverty & racism… but today it sits on a $730 MILLION endowment while spending almost nothing on actual poor people.
• They rake in over $100 MILLION every year in donations, yet their own staff admitted in 2019 the group is full of “systemic racism & sexism” – 9 employees wrote a public letter calling it out!
• Co-founder Morris Dees was fired in 2019 after decades of sexual misconduct allegations from female staff. The “civil rights” hero got kicked out by his own people.
• SPLC’s famous “Hate Map” lists 1,200+ groups as extremists – including mainstream Christian organizations, parent groups, and even anti-jihad activists like Maajid Nawaz (they paid him $3.375 MILLION in 2018 after wrongly labeling him an “anti-Muslim extremist”).
• In 2012, a man used their “hate group” label on the Family Research Council to justify shooting up their office. SPLC’s smear map literally inspired real violence.

That’s why folks I know call Morris Dees... Morris Sleeze. SPLC was also a big factor against Roy Moore in the 10 Commandments battle.
The amount abuse of the charity minded people of America is off the charts. How can anyone give to anything anymore. You never know who is behind these non profits and charities. My days of giving are over!

Incredible. USAID was funding the SPLC through an organization called the Tides Center, based in San Francisco.
From 2016 through 2024, USAID granted $27 million to the Tides Network to “strengthen global civil society organizations, promote transparency, accountability, citizen engagement, and serve as fiscal agent for USAID’s Civil Society Innovation Initiative.”
The Tides Center set up a fund through its Tides Foundation with that money for the Southern Poverty Law Center’s “Vote Your Voice” initiative.
The executive director of the Tides Center is Ayesha Khanna. She was co-chair of Women for Obama in Atlanta, Georgia.

When I first moved to Florida back in 1994, I applied for a job at the SPLC as a paralegal. I had no idea what they were until I walked into the managers office and he had a huge swastika flag on the wall behind his desk! I got out of there as fast as I could! I was afraid the FBI might show up on my door step just for being there! I knew they were Nazis way back when. I couldn’t believe they were still in business!
