KB Home, one of the largest homebuilding companies in the U.S., plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Los Angeles to Arizona, marking the latest example of a major company shifting leadership operations out of California.
The homebuilder announced it will move its headquarters from Westwood to Tempe beginning in spring 2027, transferring executive leadership and key corporate functions to the Phoenix metro area, according to a report from LA Magazine.
Company leaders cited lower costs, operational efficiency and Arizona’s business climate as major reasons for the move.
The shift reflects a broader trend in which some large companies have moved headquarters or major operations outside California in recent years, often pointing to affordability concerns and regulatory hurdles, the report says. LA Magazine noted that firms such as Tesla, Oracle and Chevron have relocated leadership operations to other states.

Getting rid of Mexican workers is the stupidest idea of all time...roof replacement costs in FL have tripled.
Retards.
I hope so.
So you’re in favor of breaking the law.
Duly noted.

“Getting rid of Mexican workers is the stupidest idea of all time...roof replacement costs in FL have tripled.”
My neighbor Johnny, a roofing contractor, uses Hondurans. He and a relative round up contracts for three crews.
A team of three takes about three workdays to do a roof.
They are illegals and they stealing social services benefits meant only for Americans, stealing American jobs, driving up rental prices, and committing voter fraud.
Every last one of them needs to be deported!
If it will get me a roof replaced at $6000 instead of $21000, yeah. Piss on them.
Screw the govt kickback losers.
And newsom wants to be president.
Can you imagine the whole country going the way of CA?
Quite possible, 10 yrs ago I had mine replaced. 2 days they were done. Picked up all loose roofing nails on property. And got a $200 deal to replace chimney siding, repaint and recaulk roof there.
What a deal
Last week talked to neighbor who had to replace roof on up-for sale property, $22,000, WHITE boy roofers.
Oh yeah.
Business is booming in Los Angeles for housing made from cardboard boxes, blue tarps, and shopping carts.
He probably cheats on his taxes, too.
You are obviously either an owner of or a partner in some residential construction company, etc. You’re not upset that roofing/framing costs are coming inline with fair contracts for the workers. You’re upset because your gravy train of screwing the workers and pocketing big profits is over.
Arizona has big swaths of open land still being used to raise alfalfa just a few miles outside of Phoenix, which is where the coming tract homes will be built. Pretty soon, the Valley of the Sun will look just like an overheated version of LA and Orange Counties.

How many American roofers do you know these days? It’s a hot and heavy job, so doesn’t have much appeal to most Americans who’d much prefer working in a mall or office environment.
When you find a bunch of willing manual laborers, please let the rest of us know too!
“Getting rid of Mexican workers is the stupidest idea of all time...roof replacement costs in FL have tripled. Retards.”
Go to hell traitor.
Baclava is a traitorous scumbag.
If the pay is good, Americans will do anything with a smile. GFY.
Love hearing this stuff!
Leave that sh!thole Ca!! Leave ur politics there !
