The governors of the three largest Democrat-run states, California, New York and Illinois, are continuing to tax tips and overtime against Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act, while Colorado will require taxpayers to report how much is deducted federally so it can be added back for state taxes in future years.

That’s rich coming from the party that voted to raise the debt ceiling, and also voted to fund 86,000 new IRS agents a couple years back.

Blue states can’t pay for their socialist free stuff unless they steal from WORKING FAMILIES. Socialism is a parasite government. That’s why America is on its way to being the only socialist country on the planet. All the crap that has illegally snuck into America are coming from failed socialist countries that THEY INSTALLED.

Politicians have got to keep the cash flowing in. Somebody’s got to pay for those multimillion dollar homes and expensive refrigerators and private jets!

I wonder if people are paying attention? Given this action in these states, why do voters keep these people in office? Personally, I think I know how to spend my money better than any governor does.

“...why do voters keep these people in office?”

I think 30-40% of America is just plain stupid.

colrado also adds back to state income overtime pay not taxed by the Feds ... you know, the state totally run by Democrats, the friends of the workers, who keep voting for Democrats anyway because they don’t pay attention to how they’re being screwed by the Democrats ...

“That’s why America is on its way to being the only socialist country on the planet. “

I thought I was the only one with this opinion. THe good news is that it seems that in the not too distant future, all the socialism that printed money can buy will largely disappear. Then and only then will America see prosperity.

In order to not draw too much fire from folks on here that don’t realize they are actually socialists, not the conservatives they thought they were, I will not mention specific programs.....

I wish the national GOP would do more to hammer this point in support of state and congressional candidates in these blue states. People need to be reminded constantly of just how much Democrat Rule is costing them, otherwise they become complacent and repeat the pattern of voting for democrats who don’t act in their best interest.
