Oregon diesel is 6.50 now.
Given the location of June Lake it is understandable.
Yep, it’s part of CA which continually raises the tax on gas. Also, at one time (I don’t know if it’s still true), each county could dictate the gasoline “blend” for the county, totaling destroying any economies of scale that might be had on the production of distillate fuels. $2.97/gallon in Springfield MO a week ago.
You’re killing me! Haha
I get good mpg and don’t use much gasoline
I don’t phookin care.
World is getting better every day thanks to Trump.
How much is the actual cost, and how much tax is added?
The same here in Washington. Close to $6 on the reservation!
How CNN stories like this one were run when that corrupt idiot Biden slid into our White House? Any?
one of the big problems with gas prices in california is that california issues licenses for gasoline distribution monopolies where a sole distributor has total control over wholesale pricing in its exclusive distribution areas, which hits the rural counties in california particularly hard ... it’s been that way for many decades ...
Agreed. The world is a better place because of Trump and IMHO if the only side-effect is a temporary rise in gas prices, I can live with it. Even if I had to spend more on gas (though like you, I don’t with most of our driving in our EV and most of our power for our home with decentralized solar).
