BREAKING: Delaware Judge Kathaleen McCormick has officially announced that she will no longer preside over multiple lawsuits involving @elonmusk and his companies

BREAKING: Delaware Judge Kathaleen McCormick has officially announced that she will no longer preside over multiple lawsuits involving @elonmusk and his companies after Elon's lawyers alleged she had shown bias against him after ruling against him in high-profile cases.

Last week, Elon's attorneys wrote to the court pointing to a LinkedIn screenshot that they said shows she supported a post on the network celebrating Elon's defeat in a California civil fraud trial.

In the past, Judge McCormick ruled against Elon with his $56B Tesla pay package case and the Twitter lawsuit.

Here is Judge Kathaleen McCormick's full letter that she released today: "Dear Counsel:

This letter addresses the motions for my recusal and to randomly reassign two of the three above-referenced actions.

The motion for recusal rests on a false premise—that I support a LinkedIn post about Mr. Musk, which I do not in fact support. I am not biased against the defendants in these actions. In fact, I dismissed a suit against Mr. Musk just last year. The motion for recusal is denied.

But the motion for reassignment is granted—I will reassign each of the three above-referenced actions. As should be obvious, disproportionate media attention surrounding a judge’s handling of an action is detrimental to the administration of justice. Fortunately, the Court of Chancery is far greater than any one person. I have complete faith in the Vice Chancellors’ abilities to adjudicate these matters. And three of them will.

Please contact my Chambers to obtain a time for the random reassignment. All counsel are welcome to attend. But each of the individuals who signed the motion for reassignment or the joinder in that motion must appear to witness what they requested."

She has literally cost Delaware Billions of dollars and forced an exit of multiple corporations from Delaware.

Likely someone told her to recuse when she got challenged but the horses already are out of the barn, no way a company is going to look at Delaware as business friendly anymore. She destroyed the states reputation, what a good little lib she is LOL!

She isn’t the only reason that companies are considering fleeing Delaware. Companies want certainty, and that is no longer possible with either the Delaware courts or legislature. There is also an unfavorable tax and fee structure compared to some other states.

At this point, companies might want to think about the risk of shareholder suits for being domiciled in a state that is supposed to protect them from shareholder suits.

Now if we can only get more female “judges” to knock of their war against America, Americans, MAGAs AND THEIR ATTEMPTED Overthrow of PRESIDENT TRUMP.

She is literally the judge who started that whole issue. It was her that, made a blatant inconsistent ruling against Musk on the Telsa pay issue. prior to her ruling Delaware was known for being one of the most consistent and business friendly states in the union, that is why companies incorporated there.

Many predicted her ruling being so obviously political in nature would result in this.

So yes she is the reason, it was even predicted right after she released her insane ruling.

The rulings on managing ESG ‘risks’ can’t be overlooked.

not necessarily. she was in control of when she left the case. this could be strategic on the judge’s part trying to have the cases passed to someone who will rule the same as her but is less likely to have the case overturned due to bias but is just as bias as she is. curently are court system is in shambles because foreign countries and a few people like George Soros has figured out that corruption through the courts is hard to combat.

Elon is a libertarian who for protection from his business enemies was forced in to trumps camp. everything like the buying of twitter is because someone powerful on the left decided to destroy Elon Musk. Elon is only MAGA because the left marked him for destruction and then take over of his businesses specifically space X.

This is after she’s driven God-knows how many companies to redomicile in other states.

She ruined the Court of Chancery. A unique-to-Delaware system of jurisprudence limited to and specializing in business law. the body of published precedents used to give investors and corporations some predictability. No longer. the Kathleen rug-pull ruined that. they may as well take their chances with any old court that tries DUIs in between adjudicating multibillion dollar corporate lawsuits.

she destroyed the reputation of the court for fairness and abiding to stare decisis.

that genie can never be put back in the bottle. But she did get her likes from the leftists.
