That county went for Trump by 70%, they weren’t the ones pulling a fast one. Atlanta’s what screws Georgia, if you could clean up that cesspool no democrat would ever get elected in Georgia.
Careless worker didn't put his cigarette fully out?
Old buildings have a way of burning down, once
When this happened in Hillsboro Texas, Willie Nelson had a fundraising concert and rebuilt it just like it was. Beautiful job...He grew up just a few miles down the road.
Maybe some Georgia rock star can do the same...
Maybe a welding spark or electrical short. The electric lines in those old buildings are a mish-mash up updates throughout the past decades.
Classic way of destroying inconvenient records.
Renovators have torched many buildings. Careless workers and inadequate fire watch. It is costly to hire top quality workers and sufficient number of workers doing nothing but ready to extinguish every stray spark. Modern high speed saws shed lots of sparks.

I go with plumbers sweating pipes and not putting their fires out.
Likely a welder’s torch. It happens a lot.
