A conservative Los Angeles County engineer sued his employer Tuesday for refusing to let him work from home in June, when the LGBT Pride flag will be flown from the building where he works.
Eric Batman, an employee of the county's Department of Public Works for 24 years, "cannot participate in a celebration that his religion deems sinful," his lawyers wrote in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court.

Maybe he could go to work with a “Gays Suck” shirt.
He should go to work wearing a shirt saying “I’m against the gays who do pedo” and dare his employer to challenge him on it.

As I see it, this is not a hill to die on. His employer is not forcing him to fly the LGBT Pride flag, or acknowledge it in any way. It’s just being flown in front of the building where he works.
I wouldn’t like that one bit if I worked there. But I also understand that employers have certain rights, too. And if I don’t like that, I can always quit.
Cashiers at Walmart also fly the flag at their cash register ,LOL
True. This is just virtue signaling from the Right. He’s still drawing a paycheck from the outfit that supports “Pride” whether he works from home or from the office.
This particular case may not be a hill to die on. But, for me, the homosexual agenda IS a hill to die on. I'm encouraged by an flickers of life among those opposing it.
I have an “I love Chick-Fil-a” t-shirt to wear during pride month.
This is dumb. He’s not being forced to “participate in a celebration” simply by showing up to work. We wouldn’t have any tolerance if some Dem demanded to work from home for a month because he didn’t like some conservative thing, and that shouldn’t change for this.

He is being forced to acknowledge it by being told to use the back entrance.
And in this case the employer is a government entity, not private, which has NO right to make him submit to a (vile) political point of view..
Good for for him! Taking a righteous stand against creeping evil.
The groomer flag is a hate symbol.
