More than anything, the Constitution does not grant the government power to do any of this. Not that people care about the Constitution, but the trend itself is scary anyways. Many states are moving in the same trend to position themselves against the people.

Correct. Pornography should be illegal, and its internet distributors dealt with harshly. This would solve the problem. The profits involved in the selling of souls is however too great, so it will continue. Meanwhile, individual rights to actually Free Speech and Privacy will evaporate, and nobody will even notice or care.
The Federalist Papers were anonymous too.
