Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that Kyiv’s drone experts will be “on site” in the Mideast “next week,” as he seeks US air defense missiles in exchange for drone expertise.
“I think that next week, when the experts are on site, they will look at the situation and help,” Zelensky tells a press conference, when asked how the Ukrainians would be able to help the United States and the Gulf states to repel Iranian drones.

They’re helping keep the Gulf States and the US forces safe, by teaching them how to thwart drone attacks from Iran, based on their extensive experience gained over the last 4+ years with Iranian drones fire by Russia.
PLUS, it helps to marginalize Russia’s waning influence in the Middle East even more

Ukraine’s on-the-ground experience dealing with drone swarms is and will continue to be relevant and in high demand for the foreseeable future.
I am so sick and tired of hearing the BS about Ukraine’s purported drone superiority.
The fact is that US is so far advanced when it comes to drones it makes the junk being used by Ukraine and Russia look like toys by comparison.
Its true that US drones are more advanced but there are two major problems with US tech when it comes to intercepting Iranian Shahed type drones.
First of all there are not enough anti-air missile launchers or missiles to protect all the surrounding countries. Second, US anti-aircraft missiles are incredibly expensive, much more so than the Shahed drone they are trying to intercept.

Well, the good news is that there is that there are going to be a lot less Iranian drones for the Russians to send to Ukraine to get shot down going forward.

Truth is you do not have the slightest clue about what we are doing or what we are using in the Middle East WRT drone and missile defense or how we are doing it.
And you obviously have even less of a clue about the current status of US and Israeli drone technology which is approaching borderline science fiction level. The Ukraine has some interesting drone developments and significant achievements but the level of over hype on their systems is, frankly, an embarrassment.
Iran has launched a very large number of missiles and drones and very few have made it past our air defense systems that deal with saturation attacks using a complex mix of drones, cruise missiles, a limited number of relatively crude hypersonics and various flavors of ballistic missile - many of which are surprisingly sophisticated.
Answer me this, Mr Wizard - what exactly do I not have a clue about? I doubt that you even know enough about the subject matter to formulate a coherent response to that question.

And I guess you missed the post where I mentioned that the loss of Iranian drone production to Russia because of the US and IAF airstrikes was a good thing because it would give the Russians more motivation to negotiate .
