The eldest daughter of “El Mencho” quietly snapped up a suburban California home after serving time for laundering drug money — and baffled neighbors say she’s had no shortage of cash to renovate the place.
They say strange cars — some bearing Mexican license plates — appear and disappear from the property while mysterious visitors come and go.
Jessica Johana Oseguera Gonzalez, 39 — known as “La Negra” — purchased a newly built five-bedroom house in Winchester, Southern California, for $590,000 in September 2023. She apparently paid cash for the property about 18 months after being released from federal prison. Her presence has left neighbors in the normally quiet cul-de-sac feeling deeply uneasy.

$590k for five bedrooms in Southern California in 2023? Impossible!
“”$590k for five bedrooms in Southern California in 2023? Impossible!””
That’s a lot for the pleasure of living in the desert. We lived in Southern CA for 50 years and I never heard of Winchester, CA. The Winchester House in San Jose, yeah - city - nope!
Winchester is Temecula
Pretty ugly - weird architecture - odd design but for the desert, guess it works.
Thanks - looked it up....
As long as she and her other mysterious guests vote democrat, she’s ok with Newsome and the democrat party. The mysterious house and the mysterious guests, are a small price to pay for keeping California blue.
Besides, the cartels have big money and they spend large sums to help the localities. They’re the type of ‘investors’ democrats love.
Actually pretty typical of the newer homes I've seen in Southern California when I travel down there to visit my kids. Winchester, CA, never heard of it and I've lived in CA 75 years. What desert is it in, Great Basin, Mojave, or Colorado Desert?
Suburban house in quiet neighborhood.
Just like in “Breaking Bad”.
“Winchester, CA”
It’s about 25 miles southeast of Riverside.
Hell, Mexicans run Cali don’t they?
Digging a tunnel to get El Mencho out.
She must be on parole. More problems soon.

back to money laundering again, a nice money stash house she has
I don’t think it’s commonly known as desert but that’s what I call it - around Temecula, Perris, CA - Riverside County..let’s say “off the beaten path” which isn’t all bad and must be works for the daughter of the cartel guy...
I’ve been to the area to see family years ago AND camp in the area you’ve taken as your FR screen name - much prettier countryside than anything than I’ve ever seen in Riverside County...Leave OC and head inland and it’s a different world - the Inland Empire....
Since Israel has us fighting Iran for them, maybe Trump could get Israel to fight the cartels for us.
The median price there is over $650k.
Something is wrong with this picture.
Yes, that area is not true desert because it receives much more rain than a desert, it is Chaparral country, as is most of Southern California. I live in the Great Basin Desert, where most of our precipitation comes in the form of snow.
Winchester is Temecula
Daddy probably lives up the hill ... some pretty nice places up in La Cresta. They got overrun by illegals living in the hills decades ago, and became bargain mansions.
I grew up in San Bernardino (actually Highland) & hubby and I bought our first house in Perris in the late 80s. I used to drive through Winchester on my way to the Temecula CostCo (Price Club back then, lol) so I’m familiar with the area. I’d be weirded out if I knew cartel members were living in my neighborhood too, but I’d be setting up a surveillance system at the same time.
