You may not recognize Karan Singh's name, but you've likely heard of the problem his case exemplifies: workers who entered the U.S. illegally and began driving massive trucks, even if they were clearly unqualified – creating hazardous conditions for everyone on the road. Singh, an Indian national, entered the U.S. illegally during the Biden administration, was released, and then claimed asylum.

But all we hear about is two anti ICE rioters in Minnesota
Ice Rogue Truckers.
Seriously, send I.C.E after them.
This was in the Sacramento Bee?
claimed asylum for what ? bad driving back home ?
It can’t be that difficult. Fine every trucking firm $10,000 a day for every illegal driving. Give them a deadline to rake them in, then start the fines
Right now.
Excellent idea.
Insurers usually police drivers pretty strictly. A minor infraction can make you uninsurable and therefore unemployable.
So then suddenly with these guys all that goes out the window. What gives?
State officials are knowingly handing out CDLs to people who are both here illegally and are incompetent to drive large trucks. It is about time that these DMV employees face criminal charges. No surprise that Minnesota also is handing out CDLs to illegals. Recently a Somali was stopped in Missouri driving a semi truck the wrong way down a divided highway. Missouri law enforcement found he could not read highway signs and was in the country illegally. However, he had a CDL issued in Minnesota and worked for a bogus trucking firm owned by a Somali who was running it out of an apartment. Another gift from Tampon Tim
Along with that, seize every truck and cargo being driven by an illegal.
Yeah, I don’t understand how these trucking companies get insurance hiring drivers who didn’t really pass the CDL tests and can’t read traffic signs. These are mostly small companies owned by foreigners. Do they even have insurance?
ICE agents at truck stops
Well, as long as the Minnesota guy leared his lesson and promised not to do it again, all is well in the land of 10,000 lakes, right?
There was another illegal trucker that killed a man two weeks ago, in Avon,
Indiana, very near where I live, and is a route that I take frequently. Even with our harsh rains, his skid marks are still there. (I drove the route again yesterday.) I don’t know how long it will be before I ever forget this. He ran a red light.
Around here, the yellows are long enough to give people time to see it and stop. The light he ran can easily be seen over a quarter mile away. He already had been ticketed 3 times for excessive speeding, most recently in January.
What will it take to get these murderers off our roads? That could have been me, my husband, or any of my friends. I pray for Terry Shultz’ family and his soul every day.
When they get caught, they fold that company and start a new one. I think someone in the insurance industry is keeping them propped up. Another way to fraudulently use American taxpayers money.

ICE staking out the Indian cafes along the interstate highways.
I could not figure out the rehabbing of the Trolley 373 cafe to a Indian cafe.
This is located at mile marker 373 of IH-20 in Texas in Palo Pinto County.
Now understood to service the Indian truck drivers.
Those who are in this country “illegally” should never be allowed to have a drivers license of any kind or class. PERIOD!!
That's what I was thinking as well. How'd that happen?
There are many “learing” centers for getting fraudulent CDLs.
