Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., lashed out at Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Monday, calling her leadership of the agency a “disaster.”
“We’re an exceptional nation. And one of the reasons we’re exceptional is we expect exceptional leadership. And you have demonstrated anything but that,” said TIllis, who has previously called on Noem to resign. He struck out at Noem for her handling of disaster response and the immigration enforcement surge in Minnesota, among other things.
“What we’ve seen is innocent people getting detained that turned out are American citizens,” Tillis said in a roughly 10-minute diatribe that included references to passages from her autobiography in which she describes killing a poorly behaved dog.

I’ve been here for over a decade and I noticed an odd thing down here.
People who I think are Republicans..like I am certain...are actually democrats that have voted GOP since 2008 or 2012....but are still registered Dem..and proclaim themselves to be Dem.
They are the storied mythical “blue dog” dems I guess...that couldn’t stomach Obama and voted GOP ever since...but just barely I guess....meaning Tom Tillis is about the most they will pull the lever for before voting for the Dem in a senate race.
What is truly exceptional is a swamp creacher like Tillis expecting us to think he’s a Republican.

While I fully support what DHS is going to eject illegals, she is probably the lowest IQ of all cabinet leaders and 100% ineffective as both a leader and policymaker/implementer. She is possibly even dumber than Sarah Palin.
I would bet Noem is the first cabinet member to be fired.
Their infiltration into the Swamp and the wretched hive of scum and villainy has pulled the curtain back and shown we have had a Govt of the Swamp, by the Swamp, for the Swamp.
And it needs to be obliterated from his earth...

Which exposes the absurdity of advocating that people vote for the Republican, whoever or whatever he is.

With even as low as 10,000 arrests for anything, you would expect that some people would be wrongly arrested. Increase that to a million arrests, and it’s a certainty.
What happens AFTER a wrongful arrest is what is important. Release and an apology should follow forthwith. (Here, I am talking about true wrongful arrests, not those that the enemedia and liberal judges rule as “wrongful.”) Goode and her compatriot Pretti were rightfully put into custody based upon their actions, whether they were citizens or not.
How is Sarah Palin dumb?
Tillis should save some of his anger for Joe Biden, who opened the floodgates for millions of illegals. When you overwhelm the system the way Biden did, you create massive problems for the people trying to clean up the mess you’ve created. In a mass operation, there are bound to be errors of judgement and other screw-ups, and Tillis should realize that rather than posturing for the cameras.
