What could possibly go wrong? This would be the easiest way to commit massive fraud so at least they’re out in the open about it.
They’re admitting they don’t want any oversight or obstacles to their massive fraud and theft of taxpayers money, especially any elected by the citizens as a watchdog. This would be laughed out of any place with sane, legitimate govt, but hey, It’s California after all.
