The online registration states that to be accepted for the position, applicants must be at least 18, eligible to work in the US, and able to perform heavy physical labor.
To register for an appointment, those interested must present two small photos of themselves, two original forms of ID, and a Social Security card.
The starting pay to shovel snow with the city is $19.14 per hour, increasing to $28.71 per hour after the first 40 hours worked in a week.

I wonder.... Will people in NYC be allowed to shovel snow on their own property, or maybe even the City sidewalks in front of their homes / business (With or without ‘Proper ID’)... Or is that now a New York City Unionized thing, and forbidden to infidel peasants????
Just get the guy in Times Square who works out of his unmarked van to sell two IDs. Same guy who made up the realistic looking birth certificate for Obama. Has the photo of Obama’s tearful mom hugging his shoulders. Just moved to NYC.

To be admitted to the Dem National convention you had to have photo ID. To go inside to the podium to make a speech attacking photo ID for voting as Jim Crow 2.0. And go back in the rental car with photo ID to the hotel where the person registered for a room using photo ID.
So women in minorities will not be able to shovel snow.
Once again, the demonrat party shows they are the real bigots.

I must correct you. The people of New York City have no personal private property, the concept of which Mayor Mamdani says is a racist construct.
Forty some years ago I was working in a labor union in midtown Manhattan.
You could by any kind of ID you wanted.
