President Donald Trump said Friday he will sign an executive order imposing a new 10% “global tariff,” hours after the Supreme Court struck down his sweeping “reciprocal” import duties in a major rebuke of his trade agenda.
The new tariffs will come on top of the existing levies that remain intact following the high court’s decision, Trump said as he raged at the ruling during a White House press briefing.

Heck the second after opening arguments were made everyone pretty much said this is how the courts would rule..but I have a question for ANY Dem, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, how is it OK for other countries to screw us over by imposing tariffs but we cant return the favor

Interesting when the supreme Court issued their opinion the stock market was up about 50 60 basis points and bearings attributed it to Trump losing. Not the US losing it’s already collected money on the tariffs but Trump losing. Now Trump announces that 10% increase and the market is still up 50 to 60 basis points. Baron seems to always blame something on Trump when it has nothing to do with him

Yep, all the tariffs remain and no refunds as he can claim the current reason as justification for past tariffs. SC looks feckless now.
Even worse the SC basically blew a crapton of judicial clout with this ruling, the average American will see the SC as against working Americans. The damage down to the SC won’t be noticed immediately but over time people will just see them as another hacked political arm, great job Benidict Roberts

SCOTUS are likely correct in their reading of the Constitution.
However Congress should be impeached for not doing their jobs and screwing the public with high deficits and debt decade after decade.
