If you click the "billionaires" tax button, it shows the tax only saves them for a year or two.

The "billionaires tax is such a scam. If they got rid of the illegal aliens and the scammers
and po'grums for the layabouts, they'd have a budget surplus. No tax increase needed.

Maybe those billionaires will be able to make up the difference by buying California state bonds. The state will have to give very high rates to attract enough buyers to fund those huge future deficits.

K-12 stays flat (despite inflation), “higher” education increases 40%. Why???

K-12 + HHS = 2/3 of State expenditures.

That’s where our money goes. And people around here think the State and County should trim their trees and bushes.
