I am not sure about his exact area, but I know where Air Base Parkway crosses I-80, there is a hill where cars have flown off and landed in people’s houses. It mentions North Bay. My son was born at North Bay Medical Center.
Fairfield.
It means beetle in Tagalog.
I know Fairfield. I used to live there. My son was born at North Bay. I meant I didn’t know which area in Fairfield. I did know where Air Base Parkway crosses I-80.
Years ago, there was a similar incident in my area, don’t know if drinking was involved, but a moron ran a stop sign at a “T” intersection, and ran right into the front of a house.
That property now has several huge boulders in front of the house to prevent a similar occurrence.
Are we sure the house didn’t change lanes without signalling? Why are we so quick to blame the driver?
He had to swerve several times before hitting it.
“Salagubang”?!?! Amish?
Since there are towns named Fairfield in 15 different states, you should probably give the state in your title.
I went to the link, and it’s in California. Near San Fran, apparently.
In Amarillo I lived in a new home at the end of a curve in my street.
Someone stole a tractor rig and drove it into the house next mine, coming off the curve. Hit the edge of the house next to my house.
Thief got away. Knocked the wall of that house’s garage out and the roof was sitting on the hood of the truck. The house was unoccupied at that point.
Everyone knows KRON is in the Bay Area.
Sheesh.

Also, given this was in Fairfield, high winds might have been a factor. I’ve seen tractor trailer rigs on their sides on the freeway there. An errant gust might have knocked the car right into the house!
