On Friday, a young woman who had her healthy breasts removed at age 16 for supposed transgender “medical care” was awarded $2 million, marking the first successful detransitioner malpractice lawsuit in the nation.
Fox Varian’s psychologist and surgeon were held liable by a jury in Westchester, New York, according to independent reporter Benjamin Ryan, who attended the three-week trial.

Software engineer Dennis Hannon, 32, told The National Desk (TND) Monday the Erie County Supreme Court stripped him of all but visitation rights to his nine-year-old son, who had been living as a girl on days he stayed with Hannon’s ex-wife.
While the transition has allegedly been occurring since the child was two, Hannon said he wasn’t informed until the time his son was five when he received a letter from their kindergarten classroom.

Where do we back it up to? Many of these people have had their health and development damaged by drugs and therapies long before the surgery.
Should we go back to the perverts that counselled them that trans was a real thing?
The parents definitely need to be on the hook too but maybe they can start filing suits toward those that advised them to go along with it also which would bring all this to an end much sooner.
Several of us here at FR have stated that once the lawsuits started and large money damages were awarded, that would start the end of this stupid and evil “trans” fad. Insurance companies will soon refuse to insure doctors and hospitals that support the “treatment”.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see lawsuits where parents are sued as well. There will be twenty-somethings that realize their parents pushed them into “transitioning” at age 12 in order to be part of the “in” crowd. This goes for teachers and school administrators as well.

Excellent news form my old stomping grounds. So excellent that I’m 100% certain the liberal cult will hate it (I use the word literally) and do everything they can to see to it that this girl never sees a penny. How dare you detransition? Just who the heck do you think you are?
