Not sure, a rare occasion today while running errands I heard Hannity for about 15 minutes. He was going on about about the “FACE” act which was passed with bi-partisan votes in 1998. Lemon and the rest of the mob certainly were in violation of that law, that is a Federal law. So hopefully that is or will be the charge.
An Obama or Biden judge will let him get off easy. He might even get a jury like OJ Simpson got that will let him go.

Hannity mentioned the Attorney Lemon hired on his show today. I don’t recall the name, but very high profile. He represented Hunter Biden in some cases. (and apparently lost them) Lemon will never go broke, he isn’t beneath having someone start a go fund me. The leftist lemmings in the country would raise many millions for him.
