James O’Keefe was on the ground in Minneapolis, entering the anti-ICE autonomous zone, because that’s what these liberal cities tolerate, which is mob rule. The city was already a powder keg when Renee Good was shot and killed after ramming into an ICE agent with her car on January 7.
Now, the death of Alex Pretti, who was shot and killed by Border Patrol, has the city on the verge of all-out civil war. Pretti was armed during the encounter, but that’s not a crime. The video isn’t as definitive as it was with Good’s shooting. We’ll see what the investigation yields.
In the meantime, O’Keefe ventured into the city, where he was recognized and was the target of death threats via text. He and his team were also accosted by the mob—it was a wild reporting excursion. What caught his attention was how organized these anti-ICE guerrillas were, and how we need to wake up to the threat they pose to the country:
I’ve never experienced anything quite like today in my life. I’ve interacted with the Cartel and have witnessed some crazy things in the desert in ‘24. But what strikes me is how organized these agitators in Minneapolis are. They have spotters everywhere in the city and suburbs, on street corners, even 30 minutes away from downtown. They have people at hotels that work with them and signal to them which made it making it difficult for us to lose our tail once my cover was blown. Usually I lose a tail. Not this time. We switched locations THREE times. I recorded and posted this while leaving Wayzata, while they were STILL surveilling. We all agreed we must make the threats public ASAP....

Considering that the GOVERNMENT of Minnesota is running the operation, I can’t say I’m surprised as Leftists are very good at this crap without government resources. Hand them the cameras, license plate readers, personal information, and everything else government has and they’re basically unstoppable without direct, armed, intervention.
(sorry Rand, but this shit is totally out of hand)
I say nuke the whole site from orbit, it’s the only way to be sure.
So far, Trump is wasting a Constitutional crisis. “Never let a crisis go to waste.”
Minneapolis is in a leftist rebellion. Get’r done.
Liberals love to control people. How hard is that to understand. They want freedom for themselves but all others must be controlled.
Conservatives need to quit following the rules until the liberals are in their fetal positions nationwide, sucking their thumbs.
Benny Johnson was interviewing a guest who had been undercover with the terrorists. While on Benny’s show, in real time, he pulled out his cell phone and played communications among activists. One person was a literal dispatcher sending terrorists to where spotters were reporting people who should be targeted. Totally organized.
O’Keefe is the second one on this Free Republic site in recent days to sound the alarm about how the Commies are advancing in their takeover attempt of this Republic. They are now likely emboldened with Bovino leaving, taking it as a victory. At least, that is my sense. Trump needs to get serious and invoke the Insurrection Act immediately and Bondi has go for the funding sources and the prosecution of this highly sophisticated organization. This insurrection has international organization and funding aspects to it and considering Waltz, it’s likely China.
“Trump needs to get serious and invoke the Insurrection Act immediately ...”
That’s precisely what the anarchists want.
Trump called Walz and, through the phone, grabbed him by the short ones and now has him under control.
The police are not around until you hurt an antifa person, and then they show up in droves. Not really autonomous.
Perhaps it's not a crime, but carrying it into a hostile protest is stupid. Also, the media are presenting Pretti as a photo-shopped nice guy. Since when is altering the news a good thing? When are the media going to learn their job is simply report the news, not use it as a platform for their agenda. Newspapers are now newsletters.

Walz is a conniving lying Commie weasel. It seems obvious Trump needs to get the National Guard on the ground to provide a perimeter around the targeted enforcement operations. Letting the insurrectionist get in close to the ICE officers is ridiculous and these guys can’t keep doing these ‘war zone operations’ day out and day in alone without some reinforcements and protection. I don’t give a damn what the insurrectionist may or may not be thinking or want, Trump needs to stomp this down because it is obviously getting worse.
Rand Paul prefers to be in the minority where he’s expected to just vote no and fundraise on how he’s so much better.
But in reality he surrenders to terrorists as his first instinct...I think he has some french blood in him.

“James O’Keefe was on the ground in Minneapolis, entering the anti-ICE autonomous zone…”
So they do believe in borders.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz ramped up his divisive attacks on the Trump administration even after the president deployed “border czar” Tom Homan to de-escalate the unrest following the shooting of Alex Pretti.
“They started this fire and we are not going to give them credit for putting it out,” Walz told CNN’s Anderson Cooper in his first TV interview since the 37-year-old nurse was shot dead during a scuffle with Border Patrol agents on Saturday.
The embattled governor said he had met with Homan and there was a “tone shift” and “progress,” however, he then needled the border czar, implying that it was insincere.
“I think the thing that I’m most concerned about is that the tone was different. There was a tone shift. I wish it was because of the horrific shooting that somebody saw some morality — but I think it’s probably the press,” he jabbed, adding that that Homan never asked about Pretti or his family.
Walz then blasted the Trump administration over its handling of Pretti’s death and the death of Renee Good on Jan. 7, saying that it is infected with “a cruelty that runs so deep
He specifically cited the DOJ’s decision to open an investigation into Good’s wife.
“It’s a siege in all respects,” he said of the massive immigration operations. ***
Walz’s divisive attacks also come after Trump tried to calm tensions, saying the two spoke by phone and that “it was a very good call” and they “seemed to be on a similar wavelength.” ***

I guess it's just a pet peeve of mine, but I hate when someone refers to distance in units of time.
that lasted about 24 hours
walz is running his mouth again

Pretti was armed during the encounter, but that’s not a crime.
but being armed in MN with out ID and your permit IS a crime.
The revelation that Minneapolis has a CHAZ / CHOP autonomous zone is what I found to be the most fascinating aspect of this story.
It is incredible to me how much progressive journalists can cover up if they simply do not ask questions.
If a tree falls in a forest and there is no journalist there to cover the story - then the fact is the tree did not fall.
Yes and they employ techniques on X, for one example, of repeating that Trump is a pedophile, and that ICE are the gestapo. Age old technique from the left to create a fear of rising Nazism.
