WASHINGTON — Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., said in an interview on NBC News' "Meet the Press" that she will not vote for Department of Homeland Security funding after the latest fatal shooting of an American by a federal agent in Minneapolis.
"When they're killing two constituents in my state, and they're taking two-year-olds out of the arms of their mom, and they are taking an elder Hmong man out of his house and putting him out there in his underwear, and then figuring out they have the wrong man," Klobuchar told "Meet the Press" moderator Kristen Welker. "No, I am not voting for this funding."
Several other Democrats announced that they would vote against DHS funding until restrictions on immigration enforcement operations are put in place after Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old nurse, was shot and killed by a federal officer in Minneapolis.

More grandstanding by a politician. If Klobuchar and her pals are able to hold up an appropriation bill because of DHS funding, lots of pet projects (pork) will be put on hold.
Chuck Schumer will take Klobuchar aside, and get her mind right.
The Senator believes that criminals aliens should be left alone to do their nefarious business in Minnesota without any interference from Law Enforcement.

A problem I see is that nobody is going to pay me my day wages to do it. I suspect many patriotic people are in a similar boat. To say nothing of becoming an “embarrassment” to our employer and let go. The left doesn’t seem to have these worries.

She lives in Maryland with her husband who is a professor. You would have to do it there. She is not a Minnesotan but comes around for photo ops during election time.
