He had a ‘nine’ and was trying to shoot ICE. There are consequences. The investigation of Walz and Frey need to be accelerated so that they know that this BS will not work.
Especially if you are carrying a gun.

there is a guy in a grey coat that jumped in...doesn’t look dressed like a fed (I can’t read what it says on his vest), was the first to jump away when a shot was fired...looks like he has a pistol in his hand...
I see a pistol whipping. No shooting.
