School board member Tanya Ortiz Franklin said she had no direct comment on the suit, but added: "My greatest fear is not that privileged parties are suing us for what they think is owed to them, but that poor children of color will continue to be overlooked, under-supported, and ultimately unable to achieve their greatest potential because they don't yet have the time, money or access to amplify their needs on a similar scale. ... I believe that LAUSD has the responsibility to continue to invest in equitable programs that correct for historic institutional racism."

If you are white get your kids out of the LA school district

Friggin wetback school board member is worried about having her ass sued by the “privileged parties”. Well, she can always catch a lift back across the Rio Grande where the “privileged parties” are brownish in their skin tone.

There’s white kids in the LAUSD?

I figure they’re all in private schools.

From web, LA board election.

In District 7, newcomer Tanya Ortiz Franklin was well ahead of union-endorsed candidate Patricia Castellanos. Franklin led 57.97 percent to 42.03 percent as of Thursday morning. Castellanos conceded in a Facebook post.

Apparently, she is rather conservative, as LA goes!!!

I taught in LAUSD for 16 years, at three different schools, and I saw very few white children. I think I only had 5-6 the whole 16 years. Those who are there are the ones whose parents can’t afford private schools, so what this means is, the children of poor whites will be made to pay for what (they feel) rich whites have done.

Uh, you mean White like Tanya is?

She's just an upper class Spaniard, the type of "Mexican" who have ruled over the Mestizo peons for 5 centuries now. She just wants her slaves to be around to vote for her so she can take more of the gringo land and wealth built up over the last 175 years.

And there are virtually no more White American children left in the LAUSD. In the school system their ancestors built, there are only 10% White "non-hispanic" as we Americans are now called by the so-called Federal government.

Everything will never be enough for the Mexicans: they will demand that all of America be handed over to them because "Dees ees ahr lahnd, ju steenkeen greengo!".

She's one of them.

Reference:

LAUSD demographics.

Note: the search return claims that LAUSD is "diverse". There's nothing diverse about it. It's entirely Mexican.

Remember that the White people in LA didn't run so much as being pushed out over the last 40 years.

Prop. 187 would have stopped the invasion cold had it been implemented as the voters demanded.

It would have survived SCOTUS scrutiny since it would have gone before a far more conservative court then the one that handed down the ridiculous Plyler v. Doe.

And Tanya would have to go back to berating her peons in some dismal factory on the edge of Mexico City.

, so what this means is, the children of poor whites will be made to pay for what (they feel) rich whites have done.

You hit directly on the biggest logical flaw in the whole DEI/affirmative action. The white people being punished for whatever they claim happened in the past rarely are the one who allegedly benefitted.
