Exclusive: Bombshell Footage Claims Judges Can Be Bought With Bribes in Ohio Immigration Courts
Town Hall ^

Posted on 01/21/2026 6:34:06 AM PST by TigerClaws

In exclusive footage obtained by Townhall, evidence has emerged suggesting that migrants from the West African nation of Mauritania are exploiting the U.S. immigration and asylum system in Lockland, Ohio, raising serious questions about the integrity and oversight of the process.

At the center of the operation is Patricia Golder, who, according to the footage, has turned the alleged manipulation of the asylum process into her business. Golder says she takes a portion of the pay given to the Mauritanian migrants in exchange for helping them navigate the system, and she claims she can bribe judges to rule in the migrants' favor. The footage also suggests that many of the migrants involved neither embrace nor intend to adopt core American values, even as they access public resources designed to protect legitimate asylum seekers.

In the 26-minute video, the undercover reporter is introduced to Golder by one of Golder's friends, identified as Cindy Reis, who says Golder helps Mauritanian migrants get their papers.

Why does this surprise anyone? State and city court judges get bought all the time. Especially in corrupt cities like Philadelphia. The reason you pay the right lawyer a fortune to handle your DUI charge is because half of what you pay is going in an envelope that is passed to the judge.

Is there anyone not on the take in this country? If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.

That’s just bullcrap. You have absolutely no evidence for that. DUI in particular in CA. The minimum punishment is set by law, and each and every person gets that. The only deviations are upward for higher blood alcohol, repeat offender, causing an accident, etc

The social welfare scammers of the USA are now represented by people from-—

1. West African nation of Mauritania

2. Somalis

3. Nigerians

4. Afghans

And this list is just from the recent postings on Free Republic or CFP.

Soon the list will include all countries in the world.

Besides committing a crime just by illegally entering the USA, the illegals are now being exposed for defrauding the US Government.

Duh. Judges are lawyers, and lawyers tend to be the most crooked people outside of prison.

You have absolutely no evidence for that.

Yes I do. It was a huge scandal in Philadelphia. Google Philadelphia traffic court judge bribery scandal. Maybe California judges aren't corrupt but judges in other big Blue cities most definitely are.

Just because she says or implies that she bribes judges doesn’t mean she does.

Could be a lie to scam more money out of the marks.

Golder is a modern day slave trader. Example-In the interview, she said that if the Mauritanians didn’t do what she wanted she would call ICE on them!

She needs to be arrested and all those Mauritanians sent back home.

Watching this video was like watching a train wreck- you can’t stop. The absolute smugness of this woman as she describes bribing lawyers and judges is enough to make you sick. I can absolutely BET that these “judges” are democrat appointed.
I sincerely hope that Townhall turned this over to DHS.
At any rate, this is something to remember in ‘26 and ‘28 if you are AT ALL contemplating voting for ANY democrat. THEY did this to us.

In this case, the words of a traitor.

Pretty soon you will be telling me that there are judges who reverse unanimous guilty verdicts for 7 mil cases.

so can a lot of other judges and police and district attorneys, too

in the old days, corruption in the law existed but was far less commonplace

(depending on location, not a total smear to be sure — there are honest police and even honest courts... but the problems are far more common than many might suppose)

This is why I vote NO on retaining judges every election. Here in Arizona, the back of the ballot lists all judges up for reelection. I just fill in the NO circle for every one.
Turnover is good.

I have to wonder how our country survived for so long without the contributions from the people of Mauritania, a nation where slavery is still practiced. Thank you again Ted Kennedy.

I think you’d be absolutely shocked at the level of corruption in most courts in this country. Power does that to people.
