The answer appears to be Cluster B personality disorders. These are deep, ingrained characteristics. Those with such disorders are fundamentally narcissistic, emotionally unstable, and often disconnected from reality. But do not let the name fool you. The term “disorder” should not be taken to mean “disability.”

The disorders likely didn’t have a name 250 years ago but the Founders CLEARLY understood it. Sadly, starting 100 years later, the Industrialists were more interested in ‘expanding the workforce’ than protecting their societies.
