Zohran Mamdani’s father, the radical Columbia University professor Mahmood Mamdani, savaged the school’s anti-Semitism task force during a Dec. 12 meeting of the University Senate.
Mamdani described the task force as a “prosecutorial agency” and likened its work to imperial British colonizers, who used racial divisions to maintain power, according to an unofficial transcript obtained by our Jessica Schwalb.
“It became very clear that [the task force] saw itself not as representing the community, but as a prosecutorial agency,” Professor Mamdani said. He was speaking from a place of ignorance: He told colleagues that he had not read the task force’s final report—why bother?—which described a series of “disturbing incidents” on campus. He also accused the task force of exacerbating divisions between campus groups just like the British colonial strategy of “divide and rule,” which separated racial and religious groups to preserve power.
Three sources who attended the December meeting confirmed Professor Mamdani’s remarks, which have not been previously reported. When he finished speaking, Columbia University president Claire Shipman thanked him. “If I have your permission, I will come to you for guidance.” Asked about when and on what issues Shipman would seek Professor Mamdani’s guidance, a Columbia University spokesman said that Shipman hears from a variety of people on a broad range of issues and believes that “listening—particularly to those with whom you disagree”...

Maybe Columbia’s task force should be more like the antisemitism task force at Kampala University where Mahmood is the Chancellor….
Worth comparing
This, coming from a religious supremacist? Projection.

Does this radical Muslim not listen to the words that come out of his mouth, or is this just taqqiya?
EC
Interview him. Put him on what he think is an ally show. He likes to hear himself talk. You want to reduce Zoltar to incoherent anger? Project Veritas big daddy.
No lies detected here.
Which “community” did he expect it to “represent”? A “task force” to encourage more anti-Semitism? It usually doesn’t take much encouragement. Does Somalia have a Jewish community? Put a task force on that.
This isn't a question about which community gets represented, but what their perceived mandate and subsequent behavior is.
and believes that “listening—particularly to those with whom you disagree”
Odd behavior for a university. They usually require blind obedience. I suspect they did not disagree.
