A bevy of left-wing celebrities have launched an ad campaign in support of transgender athletes as the Supreme Court considers state laws in Idaho and West Virginia barring biological males from female sports.
The American Civil Liberties Union described “More Than A Game” as a “national public awareness campaign in support of transgender youth and their families and rejecting political efforts to divide women and girls.
Those featured in the 30-second release video include retired women’s soccer star Megan Rapinoe and her girlfriend Sue Bird, a 20-year WNBA player; actress Ellen Page, (who claims to be) male; WNBA player Brianna Turner; and actress Naomi Watts, who has a (son who claims to be a girl).
Also appearing in the ad campaign is (BPJ). The teenager, a biological male who competes in girls’ high school track, is the plaintiff in West Virginia v. B.P.J., one of two cases slated for oral argument Tuesday before the Supreme Court.
The boy, who takes puberty blockers, finished third in the state last year as a freshman in the girls’ discus and eighth in the girls’ shot put.
“This week the Supreme Court is set to consider a case that will have major implications for women’s sports, civil rights and the future of our country,” said Miss Rapinoe, a two-time FIFA Women's World Cup winner, in a statement.
“I am not going to be tricked into sacrificing hard fought civil rights protections because of anti-trans rhetoric. All women will be harmed if the Court rules against the young trans people at the center of these cases and I wanted to make unambiguously clear that I am on the side of equality and justice,” she said.

I learned in college from my classmate in senior thesis that because of Title IX bean counters, boys' activities are being fast cut while girls' activities are being pushed as communities follow government rules. Boys are left now with a Hobson's Choice of not being allowed to play sports or even do advanced classes because of Title IX bean counters discriminating against with quotas or outright prohibition of boys activities, or claiming to be "female" just to have activities and having female athletes complain that they have to compete with boys that have "the benefit of growing up with a cascade of hormonal advantages well into adulthood," as Maj. Dale Saran wrote about one lawsuit in 2014 he lost because of Obergefell.
Clear as night and day the Bolsheviks are supporting the wrong side. They hope for a Democrat Congress and President who will sign the Equality Act (halfway passed via the Respect for Marriage Act) to codify men in women's activities in all 50 states.
In what world is it fair for boys to compete with girls? What kind of boy wants to compete with girls?
Who would have thought that Rapinoe was a lesbian?

The answer to both is “A screwed up one.” Mentally ill in the case of the latter.

It isn’t. Boys have to claim to be girls just to play sports because regulators want to end boys’ sport and turn boys into the weaker sex by eliminating their activities.
That’s the bigger issue that will never be discussed. If the New York PSAL “no boys sport in new schools” rule is enforced in your area, and they consolidate all high schools into one, there will be no room for boys. They will just claim to be girls to play because there’s no place. That’s been one call of Title IX social justice warriors and send them to the sidelines.
When high schools cut +20 male marching bands for +20 female dance teams in high schools to meet the new rules, that’s a 40-student balance in favour of girls, which helps meet the Title IX quota queens. Jessica Gavora’s “Tilting the Playing Field” is a must read. This is the next step for boys after losing their right to play or have any activities because of government activism that targeted them. When you’ve used Title IX to attack men, there comes a deep consequence in our baseball diamonds, pools, gymnastics halls, wrestling mats, football pitches, and the rest.
If the court rules in favour of the men claiming to be women OR the Equality Act is finished and passes, watch for more Title IX work to end male sport to get their wish.
Which proves my point. They fought for Title IX and the abolition of male sport. The consequence is boys are claiming to be girls to play sport because male sport isn’t allowed.
And this goes into the issue with men on NBA and NFL dance teams. We’ve abolished their games, the dance studios are private and accept boys on the teams because there’s no room in the high schools for boys to play sport since Title IX activism has eliminated their right. Men in college dance teams because there is no NCAA scholarship and no restrictions plus the popularity of dance shows on television. Only one of the four power conferences have all schools playing baseball.
I, for one, can’t wait for the wailing and gnashing of teeth when actresses start losing their dumbass awards to men, and actors lose them to women.

Nah, you missed it. Title IX says you can’t discriminate. That means no scholarships for only blacks or women. No affirmative action in hiring or school admissions. Everything has to be color and sex blind. It was implemented to “level the playing field” but liberals never wanted a level playing field. They wanted it sloped to help them.
I don’t know much about Naomi Watts, but the other two women, Meg Rapinoe and Ellen Page are quite unlikeable for most people. ACLU has hired two crabby, whiney, sex obsessed Gals as their spokespeople. Good luck with that.
I recall when Meg Rapinoe was hired to do Subway (?) Sandwich Ads. The revenue suddenly plummeted. Her stay as Face Of The Brand was not very long.
That’s what that acronym really means!
ACLU is a organization well past it’s relevancy.
