Voter ID is standard practice.
Only reason to oppose it is to commit fraud.

Without voter ID, there is no “democracy”, just fraudulent elections.
These states have NO voter ID:
California
Hawaii
Illinois
Maine
Maryland
Massachusetts
Minnesota
Nevada
New Jersey
New Mexico
New York
Oregon
Pennsylvania (strict voter ID law struck down by state court)
Vermont
Washington, D.C.
And voting by mail requires no serious id requirement in most every every state.
They should all have their fed funding revoked.

When I moved to Indiana years ago, the BMV guy asked me if I wanted to register to vote. I did and, since I had brought my birth certificate and passport as part of my ID for the driver’s license, I had proof of citizenship. When I vote, I provide my driver’s license/smart ID and it pulls up my ballot. If Indiana does the same thing for all voters, then we should have a pretty clean system. Anyone who has an up-to-date DL or a state ID — which should be anyone eligible to vote — should be able to vote in his or her precinct with no problems. I see no grounds for accusations of discrimination or voter suppression.

So when is the party in control of the House, Senate, and Executive going to do something about this? It should be a priority.
Why would anyone HAVE THE NERVE to implicate Somalians in Voter fraud, when they’ve been STELLAR immigrants in every other respect?

Yep..... it’s pretty much the power centers of the demonrat states that present the greatest challenge for voter integrity.

Absolutely!
I don’t mind using state-recognized IDs (such as drivers licenses) as part of voter registration and tracking. However, I oppose a new national voter ID card because of the potential for governments to abuse the intended functions like they have social security numbers.
They have voter ID in India and half of those people still live in shacks with dirt floors.
Seen it.
Very funny.
That’s not a flaw. It’s a feature.
Yes, the sole purpose of these “no voter ID” policies is to commit electoral fraud.
If they won’t correct the voter registration requirements, then their participation in federal elections should be rejected as corrupt and invalid.
