I live in Sarasota area and the Ross Dress For Less 2 stores have almost ALL people that don’t speak but a few words of English....some don’t speak ANY!

I have experienced that. I very rarely go to a Walmart, but several years ago, I was at one, getting some stuff to take overseas. I asked a floor person where something was and got a rather rude “No English!” in response. I left my half-filled cart right there and left the store.
