HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - Hartford officials launched an investigation Thursday after video showed the drivers of a car and a van drive through crowds at an ICE protest outside the federal courthouse.
The video, obtained by CT Insider, showed the vehicles inching forward through people before driving off.
As the van driver pulled away, someone ran after it, throwing what appeared to be chains at the back window and smashing it.

I love Florida’s take on people standing in the roadway blocking traffic. If they get hit its on them.
CT is a small state so folks tend to ignore us—but I guarantee that a forensic audit of state and big city operations would uncover Democrat fraud that would boggle the mind.
The Party is a criminal enterprise—an ongoing looting operation.
I would love for DeSantis to run for CT’s governor once he completes his tenure in FL.
The CT GOP is utterly feckless in their messaging. But in their defense, a large majority of voters in the state are koolaid drinking idiots, and/or bums living in section 8.
At this point most conservatives have already fled the state to warmer climates.
We stay due to unique circumstances of our family.
The state GOP seems to enjoy being losers—begging for crumbs from Democrats.
These people are communist thugs, mafia. They are absolute raw evil. Imagine such people in charge and running things. Oh, wait...Pelosi, Schumer, AOC, Omar, Tlaib, Minnesota government from top to bottom and don’t forget, thousands of Somalis. What have we done allowing those people to come here??? Unbelievable.
Not long ago Hartford was bankrupt. It’s dead city. Not surprising Mayor Arunan Arulampalam says the car ramming is all Trump’s fault. Given the high crime in Hartford, my sympathy is with the driver. A very happy day in my life was when I put Ct in my rearview.
Are the voters to blame?
Some food for thought...

Why does a state that doesn’t use RCV use RCV-enabled electronic voting machines...?
I worked in Hartford for many decades—but lived and live way out in the sticks.
Since I retired I have been to the city only twice—for medical appointments I could not avoid.
One story about Hartford: a lady from Spain that we knew came over to visit the country.
As we were driving in Hartford she had a horrified look on her face and said “it looks like Africa”.
Sometimes you need an outsider to remind you of realities you would rather not face.
How many CT cops were there clearing the way for cars to get through? None I’m sure. Just like in Minneapolis.
Good old Homestead Ave. The few times I had to drive down it in the past decade the theme from "Sandford & Son" started playing in my head.
No cops in sight, but the Antifa terrorists had chains at the ready to smash the windows of the vehicles however. You know, for peaceful speech protest.
Yes. Most of them. Once you travel out of the corners of the state, it's nothing but a smelly leftist nougat in the middle where the population centers are.
If people would vote for this, why the need for RCV?
Why the need for RCV-enabled electronic voting machines in states that don’t use RCV...?
These people are not like us.
They immediately blame the driver who is probably just trying to get home and had no idea there was any sort of protest. Of course , blocking the road without a permit is illegal, unless you are part of the protected protest class.
Clearly there was zero intent to cause harm……. Only navigate the road as required. These people believe what they are doing us far more important than what anyone else is doing
They had best get a good man lined up for Florida governor before DeSantis runs for it in CT.
Some say it different & I wasn’t there...can’t say who is right.
Yesterday a massive increase in prosecutorial power against fraud all across America. If there is fraud in connitticut, they will be there in force to investigste indict and imprison
