OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — News 4 has obtained dash cam footage from an ongoing investigation into a former Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper.
Jarquez Evans was arrested back in March for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman after a traffic stop.
On January 26, Evans pulled a woman over near SE 29th Street and S High Avenue in Oklahoma City for an expired tag.
The victim alleged that Evans told her to either go down the street with him or go to jail.
Evans reportedly got into the victim’s front passenger seat after she followed him down the road. After the victim drove further south and parked, Evans allegedly unzipped his pants and told the woman to perform a sex act on him, then proceeded to sexually assault her a few minutes later.
After about 12 minutes, you can see in the video that Evans goes back into his patrol car.
The woman eventually reported the incident to the Oklahoma City Police, and Evans was arrested and booked on charges of rape and forcible oral sodomy.
OHP also released a new statement on Wednesday:
Our focus has been—and will continue to be—on pursuing justice for the victim in this case. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol values the trust placed in us by the citizens we serve. When that trust is called into question, we take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and the law, regardless of position or rank. The agency also said the case has been filed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office and is set for preliminary hearing in early 2026.

The idiot didn’t disable his dash cam? He deserves what he gets just for being stupid. Bet they don’t say what his body cam recorded. Some are on the officers now and all 7600 will have them operating by March of next year.

It’s very hard to not just laugh at all of this. The kinds of laws we have that are actually enforced with great vigor— versus the ones that aren’t—rival Roman decadence at its most highest ascendancy.
I was referring to the Oklahoma victim, of course.
v.16-17 -- The good part, not being ashamed of the gospel.
v.18-23 -- The beginning of the bad, believing either God doesn't exist or should be ignored. Like our western world did with the so-called Age of Enlightenment, then again in the U.S. a century ago with the Scopes trial (monkey trials). So what does that lead to?
v.24-25 -- Heterosexual hedonism. Just like the first sexual awakening centuries ago, and the one we started half a century ago. If we don't wake up from that, then what's next?
v.26-27 -- Homosexual hedonism. Just like was done centuries ago, and again in our day. Then what?
v.28-32 -- more evils like murder, envy, malice, etc
But in the past our culture got out of that death spiral by winning the argument in verse 16 (not being ashamed of the gospel of Christ). The First Great Awakening got most of the whites out of the sexual "revolution" centuries ago, and the Second Great Awakening took the blacks out of it too (and God heard their prayers and abolished slavery). And for a while blacks even had more kids raised by both parents in marriage (as Thomas Sowell has taught us in his talks about the decline of black culture since LBJ's welfare state, but I think probably a more likely main catalyst is the spiritual one -- the sexual revolution).
We can get out of the current culture death spiral if we make sure the Fourth Great Awakening is done to the fullest.

normally there would be no black OHP troopers. I have not yet seen the first one not including this one. OHP will generally police their own pretty well.

I hear you and while I do agree “There is nothing new under the sun”. I think our nation has gone too far for God’s wrath to be delayed much longer. We have murdered too many babies in our nation as for it to survive.
That is why I am glad to have my personal Saviour, Christ.
Nineveh was warned and turned back to God, but He destroy destroy Nineveh later. Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim were warned and all were destroyed by God. I just can’t help but think that we as a nation are already too far gone. We have the millstone around our national neck and are blindingly running for the cliff, in our arrogance or have already jumped off due to our nation’s rebellion against God and His Word.
