I recently learned of this situation from FB posts that appeared in my feed. When I spoke with relatives who are also members, they knew nothing of it. When I spoke with a highly respected and long-term member, she knew nothing. When I spoke with our chapter's regent, she knew nothing(?) either.

You’re so right...I’d never heard the term either but we could piece it together I guess thinking in terms of PREnatal..Straightforward would still be the best - born biologically either one or the other.
