In a blistering video, former Fox News contributor and Newsmax TV host Dennis Michael Lynch didn’t hold back, issuing a stark ultimatum to the Trump administration.
Lynch’s outrage stems from the massive Somali-led fraud scandals in Minnesota, which have exposed billions in stolen taxpayer dollars under Democrat Gov. Tim Walz’s watch.
“This is going to be the shortest video I’ve ever done in my life, based on what we’ve all seen in Minnesota,” Lynch begins in a clip posted on X.
“If tens of thousands of Somalians are not deported back to their third-world country, and if government officials like Tim Walz and other people in Minnesota are not sent to jail — or at least indicted — let me just say this: this administration, the concept of ‘Make America Great Again,’ and, for that matter, the rule of law are all completely full of BS. Nothing say. Full stop. Case closed.”
Lynch’s explosive remarks come amidst one of the most talked-about scandals of the year: a mega-viral investigative exposé alleging massive fraud in Minnesota tied to Somali-run aid programs and childcare operations. Independent journalist Nick Shirley’s footage — viewed more than 100 million times — documents allegedly shuttered day care facilities that nonetheless received millions in taxpayer funds.
“Tim Walz and the fraudsters aren’t escaping this one,” Shirley wrote. “In one day, my crew and I uncovered over $110,000,000 in fraud. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We the people simply work too hard and pay too much in taxes to allow this to happen. They must be held accountable.”
Shortly after the video broke, FBI Director Kash Patel announced an intensified federal investigation into fraud schemes exploiting aid programs in Minnesota — saying the cases already charged might be just the “tip of a very large iceberg.”
He further hinted at referrals to immigration officials for “possible denaturalization and deportation proceedings where eligible.”
Given the damning facts exposed in the video, one would think Walz and his cronies would proceed with caution or perhaps keep silent altogether.
However, they responded with a lie so big that even Sleepy Joe Biden’s handlers would likely avoid.
“The governor has worked for years to crack down on fraud and ask the state legislature for more authority to take aggressive action,” a spokesperson for Walz told Fox News.
“He has strengthened oversight – including launching investigations into these specific facilities, one of which was already closed,” the spokesperson added. “(He) hired an outside firm to audit payments to high-risk programs, shut down the Housing Stabilization Services program entirely, announced a new statewide program integrity director, and supported criminal prosecutions.”
Walz’s team wants the public to believe that not only does the governor have no involvement in the scandal, but he has also been a leading advocate against this corruption.

Agreed.
he’s not wrong
there needs to be consequences
Dont know who that is but he’s right..everyone knows from the judges on down the line EVERYONE is pocketing off of this fraud. You tell me why so many judges in Minnesota let these pieces of filth GO, why..because they are ALL IN ON IT..just follow the money, just follow it and you will know everything you need to know
There are alot of people that want the rule of law and justice promised after all the illegality withe dims over the years. None of this gets fixed unless those people are punished in court, financially, and at the ballot box.
If Rush was still alive he’d be on 24/7 til the damn broke
He is correct.
I need to find a crooked lawyer and accountant to open up my own NGO.
As migrants, they are even more American than heritage Americans.
He’s a day late and a dollar short on the “rule of law”.
It’s been pure, unadulterated BS for quite some time now......
Thats EXACTLY the same lame excuse that Biden used: “I need Congress to pass new laws for me to close the border.”
Trump put the lie to that in jig time. It’s the same old excuse for all weaklings.
When you’re right, you’re right.
He’s not exactly wrong, but maybe not correct in the way he thinks he is.
Walz and the DemocRat running dogs in the media are now playing for the potential jurors and maybe some judges.
To get upset at Trump or MAGA, you have to overlook the fact that they got a serious fraud conviction for multiple felons from a Minnesota jury, and the judge threw out the verdict turned them loose. Walz appears to be hoping to so intimidate future juries, they will be afraid to return a guilty verdict that will be held against the jurors.
Yes, the justice system in Minnesota and other blue or 2nd Confederacy states may be finished. The Constitution may be finished. But that is not necessarily MAGA’s fault.
Walz will try to run the Big Lie that he’s been fighting fraud & corruption for years.
The Trump admin seems afraid of losing the mid terms over accusations that they are being vindictive to their political enemies.
Note to Donald: So what?
If history repeats itself, the majority party often loses in the mid terms.
Get the job done now while you still have some leverage.
I might buy that in DC but certainly it should be possible to conduct a trial in Minnesota somewhere at get convictions.
GEEZ.
Just another mouth trying for clicks.
Over 80 arrested and the operations busted and more coming.
Without this administration none of that would have happened.
I agree with him also. We gave the murderers of Black Hawk Down NINE BILLION U.S. TAXPAYER DOLLARS. Friggin’ politicians. Send those RAT ahos back to Somalia with the Sammies and their tribal witch doctor, Tiny Timmy Tampon.
The Department of Homeland Security announced this month that 1.9 million immigrants who were illegally living in the country have voluntarily departed between January and mid-December. An additional 600,000 illegal immigrants, most of whom have criminal histories in the U.S., have been deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
