The Supreme Court rejected the Trump administration's request to allow the president to proceed with immediately deploying National Guard troops to Chicago — delivering a blow, if temporary, to President Donald Trump as he seeks to expand his federalization push across the U.S.

The justices declined the Trump administration’s emergency request to overturn a ruling by U.S. District Judge April Perry that had blocked the deployment of troops. An appeals court also had refused to step in. The Supreme Court took more than two months to act.

Why? Why doesn't an unlawful invasion of the country by foreign nationals aided and abetted by democrats and Leftists NOT warrant the President's attention?

The Supremes can read, no?

US Constitution, Article IV Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

I do not see this as a blow to President Trump. All he was trying to do is cut crime in Chicago. IMHO, it is a blow to the law-abiding citizens of Chicago.

He should do an address To the citizens of Chicago and tell them he is sorry- That he tried to make their state safe, but their governor wouldn’t allow him to make the citizens safe- enabling them to walk down the street without fear of being shot, mugged, raped etc- and just really lay it on thick about how horrible their governor/mayors etc are-

Face it. The conditions in these urban centers will remain as they are unless the residents themselves rise up against the corruption, election fraud, hedonism and decadence. Nothing will happen anytime soon. The decay and decline will continue. American cities are becoming unlivable for decent, rational people.

True. Trump has the Insurrection Act available to him. I rather think that this won’t happen until after the mid-term elections. But if he loses the majority in 1 or both houses of Congress, good luck invoking the Act after the election.

“He should do an address To the citizens of Chicago”

…who’d carry this address?

The Supremes are now part of the Executive Branch and the Pentagon?

Sounds like the Supremes see U.S. Military Personnel as “Nazis” too. Meanwhile, all the illegal burritos are burning American flags and waving “messican” flags all over Chicongo.

I would contend that in a declared National Emergency as we have Vis-a-vis the border, that the SCOTUS lacks jurisdiction in the case as hey are infringing on the Article 2 powers of the POTUS as Commander In Chief. He may want to put the court on notice that he might feel compelled to detain them for violations of the constitution.

It’s was under a declaration of emergency. The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction there. Ignore them and let Congress impeach if they want.
If he didn’t we are officially under a judicial dictatorship.

“The Supreme Court took more than two months to act.”

According to the below website, there have been close to 25,000 violent acts with 249 multiple victims at a location in Chicago. At what point does the supreme court become an ally of crime with their opinions getting in the way. And when the appeals court refuses to hear the appeal, it even gets worse in displaying the so called justices misuse of the Constitution.

The worst thing about ignoring the little obstructionist federal judges and the SCOTUS would be trash talk from the leftist news media and Dem camera hog politicians running for President.

Which happens now every day.

Let the Supreme Court Justices appeal to....a Higher Authority.

Like the old ads.
